Agentic tooling that survives contact with a real business.
Most AI consulting sells a workshop. This sells software that runs on Monday: an agent wired into the systems you already have, with the failure modes handled and someone able to maintain it after I leave.
The honest scope of what works today — retrieval over your own documents, drafting and classification with a human approving the output, internal tools that replace a spreadsheet-and-copy-paste process, and coding assistance with real guardrails. The honest scope of what does not — anything where a wrong answer is expensive and nobody checks it.
This site is the portfolio piece and it is open to inspection: a course platform with payments, a CMS, seven hosts on one deployment, and a hiring pipeline, built almost entirely with agentic tooling. The repository behind it is private, so use the products instead of taking a case study I wrote about myself — Veridian and Roster, linked below, are the same tooling shipped with real paying customers, not demos.
What you get
- A written map of where AI belongs in your process and — more usefully — where it does not.
- One working system, deployed, with the prompts, the evals, and the fallback for when the model is wrong.
- The maintenance handover: how to change it, what breaks it, and what it costs to run per month.
- A cost model against real token pricing, not a vendor's estimate.
What this line is not
- No model training or fine-tuning — for that you want an ML engineer, and I will say so rather than take the work.
- Not a compliance sign-off. If you are in a regulated industry, your counsel reviews what gets shipped.
- I do not sell seats of anything or take referral fees from vendors, so the tool recommendation is not bought.
